The transition process begins as soon as our Implementation Team meets with the Administrator/Executive Director and Director of Nursing to tour the facility and inventory equipment necessary for PPG to provide.  Resident information is obtained and input into our software programs.  Timelines are established, in-services are scheduled for staff training and orientation to PPG’s programs and equipment, and a “go live” date is assigned.
