Mike Epstein, RPh

Mike holds a Degree in Pharmacy from University of Colorado. With 30 years of experience. 26 were with Walgreens, working positions as Pharmacy Manager, Store Manager and dispensing prescriptions to his customers. At PPG he oversees all day-to-day operations while continually strategizing on perfecting services we offer our customers. Mike leads a team of expert Pharmacists and Certified Technicians.

Lee Gregoire, RPh

Clinical Pharmacist
With a B.S. in Pharmacy from North Dakota State University, Lee’s experience over 40 years include Retail (Walgreens), Sales (Eli Lilly & Co), Long-Term Care Pharmacy Management (PharMerica) and LTC consulting. Through working hands-on in patient-centered care, Lee has enjoyed making an impact with his customers.

Robyn Brooks, CPhT

Lead Pharmacy Technician
Robyn received her certification through Pharmacy Technician Certification Board of Colorado. She had over 15 years experience in the hustle-bustle of retail when she joined the PPG Team where her pace is on a more personable level working with patients living in skilled, independent, assisted, memory care and home health. Robyn loves the feeling of making a difference in the lives of her customers.

Danielle Snell, CPhT

Lead Pharmacy Technician
With a B.S. in Biology from University of Colorado and certification from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board of Colorado, Danielle has almost 25 years experience, 21 of those with Walgreens. At PPG she is one of the trainers that ensures the safety of our clientele. Danielle enjoys working closely with her customers and the life-long friendships that have developed through the years.

Melissa Snyder, CSA, CDP

Vice President of Business Development
Melissa has a B.S. in Business Administration & Marketing from Alliant International University. She is also a Certified Senior Advisor & Dementia Practitioner with a decade of experience working directly in healthcare & senior-living management. At PPG, she is highly passionate about finding the best solutions possible for our “Partners in Caring,” and maintains close working relationships with our customer base.

Natalie Smith

Chief Operating Officer
Natalie attended Indiana University, then received licensure as Nursing Home Administrator where she gained 15 years’ experience in day-to-day operations, leading into this role at PPG. Natalie oversees budgets, scheduling, executes implementation processes, and provides regulatory guidance to facilities for survey readiness. Her mission is to provide seamless and stress-free service to our customers.

Lauren Hawcroft

Chief Financial Officer
Lauren received her B.S. from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, and accounting degree at Northwestern University, Chicago. 20 years working with financial institutions throughout the United States and Canada, managing multimillion dollar accounts, supervising junior accountants, positioned her for PPG’s functions in accounting, tax preparation, risk management, acquisition, and human resources.

Brandi McWhorter, RN

Vice President of Clinical Services
Brandi’s experience includes Hospice, Acute Care, OB/GYN, Home Health, Director of Nursing (over 10 years) and Certified Dementia Practitioner. At PPG she works on-site coordinating the transition process into PPG’s care and organizes med carts to each facility’s preference so nurses can concentrate on giving exceptional patient care. She educates nursing staff to ensure medications are being dispensed per State Protocol.

Kaylene Dow

Accounting Director
Kaylene’s diverse background includes a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, AAS Culinary Arts of Colorado Mesa University and Nursing Home Administrators License in Colorado. At PPG she oversees Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Financial Reporting; assists new clients with online payment set-up and strategizes cost analysis and customer programs.

Aaron Stoddard

Vice President of Information Technology
Aaron’s 20+ years as systems administrator and network architect are in healthcare, education, construction, banking, retail and rehabilitation. He creates highly efficient computer networks, specilaizes in server infrastructure and deployment of server/application virtualization technologies, and is instrumental in the implementation of connecting software programs to PPG’s programs for efficient communication.
